International engagement puts our vision on the global map

We have been invited to deliver our vision of transforming the alternative funding landscape to audiences up and down Britain and now we are stepping onto the international stage.
Business Development Director Anthony Carty has been invited to speak at the UK-CEE Fintech Forum in the Czech Republic, an opportunity to meet and present to major financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe.
Anthony will also be rubbing shoulders with the leading British Fintech players and enjoying an invitation to the British Embassy in Prague by the Ambassador Jan Thompson.
The event, the first of its kind in the dynamic CEE region, is being hosted by the British Government’s UK Trade & Investment department, which works to boost the success of UK businesses through exports.
The CEE Fintech Forum will be opened by Professor Robin Grimes, Chief Scientific Adviser to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Anthony said: “The UK really is at the heart of the global Fintech expansion. We are very proud that Clifton, with its Pension-led funding proposition and Alternative Business Funding portal, has been asked to be participate in this ‘best of British’ showcasing event – the first of its kind.”
